I am a highly qualified educational leader with over a decade of experience in mathematics instruction and curriculum development. I hold a Doctorate of Education in Educational Leadership from Concordia University, Irvine, where I specialized in individualizing instruction through Universal Design for Learning (UDL). Currently, I serve as the Math Equity Project Lead for Riverside Unified School District. In this role, I spearhead the implementation of new elementary math curricula and innovate through the creation of pacing guides, module planning guides, and intervention programs like Eureka Math² Catalyst to support instructional coaches. Recognized as the 2023-24 Teacher of the Year, I have also served as Math Department Chair and WASC Lead Teacher. My diverse instructional background spans AP Calculus and Statistics to specialized programs I designed to bridge significant middle-school learning gaps. I hold professional licensures in both California and Nevada. Driven by a focus on equity, I utilize data-driven insights and interactive techniques to reach all learners.
