Mirella is an experienced educator with over 15 years of teaching experience, a Master’s degree in Education, and a valid Illinois teaching license. As a bilingual Spanish-English educator, she has extensive experience in both K–12 and higher education. Throughout her career, she has worked as a Spanish teacher, elementary school teacher, and teacher mentor. She has also collaborated with school leadership teams on curriculum development and instructional improvement, gaining valuable experience in classroom teaching, teacher development, and educational leadership. Mirella excels at creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
